Robbery and Burglary

I. Robbery

1. Theft under force to any(!) person or putting any(!) person in fear of being then and there subjected to force.

2. Also: againt third persons.

3. Not: violence against things.


II. Burglary

1. Enteringany building or part of a building as a trespasser with the intent to steal anything in the building or of inflicting therein grievous bodily harm or of raping any person therein or of doing unlawful damage to the building.

2. Having entered and stealing or attempting to steal or inflicting or attempting to inflict grievous bodily harm.
